Pending Cases Below is a list of large multi-plantiff or multi-employee cases that are currently pending.
Address Changes
To ensure that you receive the latest correspondence, documentation, and written updates from us regarding the case for which you are a plaintiff, it is extremely important that you provide us with your most recent contact information. To do so, we ask that you use the online change of address form to submit this information. Written changes in contact information (versus changes over the phone) are preferred for purposes of accuracy. If you choose to use email (info@wmlaborlaw.com) instead of the online form, please remember to provide us with the name of the case you are involved in as well as the last four digits of your social security number to ensure your identity and to verify your participation in the case. If you use the online form, you will automatically be prompted to do so. You will receive a confirmation from us once you submit your updated information. Thank you for your cooperation.
INSTRUCTIONS TO GET INFORMATION ON YOUR CASE:
If you are represented by us in one of these cases: Click on the name of your case.
When prompted, enter your assigned password in the space labeled "User Name" and enter the SAME PASSWORD AGAIN in the space labeled "Password." A case status update will be provided. Each client in a case has been supplied with a password for that case.
This is intended only to provide information to our clients. Access is therefore restricted to clients in the case.
The case list below represents only a small number of cases that the firm is handling. As noted above, only large multi-plaintiff cases or multi-employee grievances are listed. Clients who have additional questions about these matters or clients with questions who are in cases other than those listed below should contact Woodley & McGillivary directly, in writing.
